Purpose:

  • Oversee and manage order procedures, including entry, administration, and shipping.
  • Track sales performance using available tools and report key metrics.
  • Align operational activities with business objectives by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies to achieve sales goals.
Necessary Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business or Marketing.
  • Proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
