Role: UX Design Internship

Job Title Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative UX Design Intern to join our team. As a UX Design Intern, you will be responsible for contributing to the design process, assisting in research studies, creating prototypes, and collaborating with the design team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Thinking: Participate in brainstorming and design thinking sprints, learn from experienced designers, and apply new skills.
  • Research: Assist in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and documenting insights.
  • UI + Visuals: Create wireframes, UI screens, icons, and prototypes in Figma.
  • Prototyping: Support in creating low-to-mid fidelity prototypes, refine interactions and transitions.
  • Testing & Iteration: Observe and conduct basic usability tests, prepare feedback reports, and iterate on designs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, developers, and outreach team in turning insights into features.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Design or related field preferred, industry-recognized certification in UX with an adequate portfolio.
  • 0-2 years of experience in UX Design, proficiency in Figma, Miro, and other design tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, willingness to adapt new-generation AI tools for research and design.
