Company Secretary Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Company Secretary to join our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company law.

  • Job Description:
    • Manage corporate secretarial compliance, regulatory advisory, and governance matters for diverse clientele.
    • Conduct board meetings, committee meetings, and general meetings, including drafting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
    • Maintain and update statutory registers and records.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and other corporate laws.
    • Handle filings with ROC, SEBI, RBI, Stock Exchanges, and MCA.
    • Prepare and review corporate governance reports, annual reports, and directors' reports.
  • Requirements:
    • Qualified Company Secretary (ACS/FCS) with 5-6 years of post-membership experience.
    • Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, and corporate governance norms.
    • Hands-on experience in handling listed company compliance, LODR, and Secretarial Audits.
