About the Role:

As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced data-driven solutions that inform supply chain strategy and operations. This includes owning the end-to-end supply planning cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements across planning processes.

  • Translate demand forecasts into supply plans for inbound/outbound/returns, ensuring adequate capacity is available to meet monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with demand planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize fulfillment and shipping strategies.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data frameworks, planning models, and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify business problems and develop structured analytical projects.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in e-commerce, supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional analytics projects that drive measurable business impact.
  • Deep expertise in SQL, BigQuery, and modern data analytics tools.
