Job Title:
Data Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a Data Engineering Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting and maintaining robust, scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake for both batch and real-time data processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data processing solutions that meet business requirements and ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance data pipelines that integrate with various data sources and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot data pipeline issues to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in data engineering, with expertise in Databricks, PySpark, SparkSQL, Apache Spark, AWS, Python, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of workflow orchestration, job performance tuning, and big data processing.
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile delivery, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
