Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Junior HR Executive to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of effective human resources strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating employee engagement activities, maintaining employee records, and supporting training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely hiring
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the Junior HR Executive should possess:
