Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee all aspects of projects from start to finish, including project execution, team management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages all aspects of job execution planning for ongoing service contracts and emergency service needs, including PPM, Warranty Services, work orders, change requests, etc.
  • Manages manpower planning, PPM BD Scheduling, and assigns tasks to Technician Teams.
  • Evaluates the quality of work by reviewing technicians' work through regular Team Meetings.
  • Ensures effective customer support and minimizes open calls.
  • Develops and implements strategies to achieve operating plan performance targets.
  • Conducts Backlog reviews and Monthly FC to support Zonal revenue plans.
  • Serves as the primary interface between customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal expertise within the organization.
  • Delivers exceptional customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.
  • Maintains quality standards by supervising Job-assigned staff and inspecting job sites.
  • Coordinates Quality Feedback to Factory and implements corrective actions timely.
  • Manages assigned project jobs within time and cost estimates.
  • Identifies potential cost-saving opportunities and risk items on various projects.
  • Supports the Sales team on Lead generation and order closures.
  • Facilitates invoicing and payments by verifying and sharing reports on time.
