Performance Test Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in planning, designing, and executing performance tests.

You will be responsible for developing test strategies, workload models, and performance test plans. Additionally, you will create and enhance test scripts with correlations, parameterization, and custom coding.

You will analyze performance results, monitor applications, and identify bottlenecks. Furthermore, you will collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations.

  • Develop and execute performance tests using LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.
  • Design and implement test strategies and workload models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve application performance.

Beyond the technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, allowing them to effectively work with cross-functional teams and drive results.

  • Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.
  • Good knowledge of monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, etc.) and server log analysis.
  • Expertise in JVM/GC tuning, thread dump/heap dump analysis, and performance bottleneck resolution.
