Procurement Leader

A seasoned procurement professional with a strong background in strategic sourcing and contract management is required to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry, with at least 20 years of experience in procurement leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor procurement budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand and meet procurement needs.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and legal standards in all procurement activities.
  • Analyse market trends and adapt procurement strategies to remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in procurement from the commercial real estate industry.
  • Experience working on the client side/developer in a decision-making role.
