Job Description

As a key member of our Research and Development team, you will be responsible for creating a quality culture by driving compliance activities around specific products, sites, or regions. This includes being responsible for the total quality management system for the business and driving quality metrics.

  • Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure regulatory compliance and drive process effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Represent the organization externally and champion the evolution of the quality culture, including executing and driving quality objectives, metrics, reporting, and operating mechanisms.
R&D – Design QualityKey Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to design quality and quality control.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement in design quality and develop strategies to address these gaps.
  • Design and implement quality metrics and dashboards to track and analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions.
R&D – Mechanical EngineeringJob Description

As an Electrical & Electronics Engineer, you will lead/contribute to electrical & electronics technical solutions and products.

  • Design, analyze, integrate, and document electrical and electronic systems, ensuring they meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight, including concept development and peer/design review participation.
R&D – Software Engineering

As a Software Engineer, you will execute on the organization's strategy, providing clearly defined success criteria and levels of accountability for individuals in the team.

  • Develop high-quality software at a sustainable speed, maintaining advanced levels of software craftsmanship established by the SW CoE.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable development processes, standards, cybersecurity, legal, quality, security, and regulatory requirements.
R&D – Systems Engineering

Be a Technical, Hands-on Subject Matter Expert in the field of Systems Engineering.

  • Audit support for product for various regulatory agencies (CDSCO/FDA/CE/etc).
  • Customer satisfaction by providing faster engineering resolution to the issues faced by customer.
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master of Science in STEM (Electrical & Electronics engineering preferred) degree.

  • Professional experience in hands-on project, 5+ years in people leadership within a product development or research development environment.
