Key Financial Leadership Role
">We are seeking an experienced financial leader to manage our finance and accounts function. This includes fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, MIS, IT, income tax matters, GST, VAT/service tax, and statutory compliance.
">Responsibilities will include reviewing monthly books of accounts and financial reports, finalizing accurate balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other compliance documents on a timely basis. You will also handle procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, Capex management, salary and employee reimbursements, and have complete control over fixed assets.
">Financial analysis and variance analysis will be a key part of the role, as well as providing cost-saving opportunities to management. Timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues is also expected. You will prepare and finalize income tax returns, monthly GST returns, and TDS reconciliation with zero non-compliance under GST and income tax laws.
">We are looking for an effective leader and team player who can motivate and guide teams to achieve peak performance. Expertise in accounting systems (preferably Business Central), POS systems, and cost and inventory systems is essential. Experience in handling accounting operations across Pan India and knowledge of related laws and regulations is also necessary.
