Job Title: Software Developer SpecialistAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business requirements.

Your expertise in Java, Python, and Android development will enable you to make significant contributions to our software development process.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your skills in software development methodologies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python FastAPI and Java.
  • Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless data flow between devices, apps, and servers.
  • Collaborate with Flutter developer to integrate Android modules into cross-platform builds.
  • Develop and optimize Android-native components using Java/Kotlin.
  • Ensure secure data handling, storage, and permissions in compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
  • Design efficient schemas and implement secure data access patterns.
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).
  • Set up CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
  • Use Docker for containerization and reproducible environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in full-stack development with proven backend and Android expertise.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Java for Android and backend services.
  • Strong knowledge of Python (FastAPI).
  • Familiarity with AWS services and deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot is a plus.

Personal Qualities:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD workflows.
