Dynamics 365 Business Solution Specialist

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities is crucial.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant are desirable.
- Experience in change management and process improvement can be beneficial.
