Relationship Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves interacting with clients, providing information, and ensuring their experience is memorable and positive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, messages, emails, and social media.
  • Providing clear and concise information about our health transformation programs.
  • Guiding new clients through the enrolment process while coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintaining and updating client data using CRM tools and systems.
  • Supporting clients with after-enrolment needs, escalating concerns when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to keep clients informed of any delays or process changes.
  • Contributing to community engagement and promotional initiatives as required.
  • Conducting data analysis and feedback collection to improve client experience and retention.

Reliable commute or relocation to Gurgaon, Haryana required.
