Tata Consultancy Services seeks a dedicated Service Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients across various industries.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in IT service management, particularly in international call-taking profiles, team leading, and quality analysis. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and experience working with Genesys/CISCO voice platforms, as well as basic infrastructure L1 support (Windows, Network, Office 365, MS Dynamics, Bomgar, Snow, etc.).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality technical support to clients via voice and chat channels.
  • Log incidents and service requests, manage their lifecycle, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' systems, applications, and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.

The successful candidate will possess excellent people management skills, including conflict resolution, negotiation, and coaching. A degree in Computer Science or related field, combined with relevant work experience, is highly desirable. Bonus: CompTIA A+ certification, ITIL Foundation certification, and/or experience with Microsoft Infrastructure are considered valuable assets.
