Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee construction activities and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation, including drawings, reports, permits, and correspondence.
  • Conduct preliminary site inspections to assess site conditions, identify potential challenges, and gather information necessary for project planning and execution.
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that construction activities meet specified standards and project requirements.
  • Review and authorize technical drawings and engineering plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, design specifications, and industry best practices.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment for all site personnel and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Responsibilities:

  6. Project Feasibility Determination and Approval: Evaluate project feasibility, considering technical, financial, and logistical factors, and provide recommendations for approval or modification to project plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer (5 years +) or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in interpreting drawings, preparing reports, and developing cost estimates.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
