About the role

We are looking for a skilled Creative UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for bringing innovative and visually stunning user experiences to life in Unity.

Your primary focus will be on implementing UI features such as 2D and 3D layouts, menu logical flows, animations, and more in Unity. You will collaborate closely with engineers and designers to ensure seamless user experiences across various platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing high-quality UI elements, including micro animations and custom shaders.
  • Working with 3D assets, including creation, texturing, and rigging.
  • Collaborating with designers to build UX prototypes in Unity.
  • Writing basic C# scripts to integrate UI elements with the overall system.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 5 years of work experience as a creative UI designer or technical artist.
  • A portfolio of example projects showcasing your expertise in Unity and UI design.
  • Strong experience with Unity, especially in UI implementation and custom shader creation.
  • Proficiency in creating micro animations, tweening, and working with particle systems.
  • Basic C# programming skills.
  • Familiarity with UX prototyping and design principles.

Bonus points if you have experience with lighting and rendering in Unity, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Maya/Blender.
