Senior UI/UX Design Director Opportunity

As a seasoned leader in the field of user experience, we seek a highly skilled and accomplished Senior UI/UX Design Director to spearhead our design strategy and lead our cross-functional team.

  • Cultivate a collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and growth within the design team.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive design vision that aligns with business objectives and drives user engagement across digital platforms.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing web and mobile applications that meet and exceed user expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with product, development, and SEO teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts and effective communication of design decisions.
  • Establish and maintain robust design systems, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency throughout the design process.
  • Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and oversee the delivery of high-quality designs that meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and methodologies to continually enhance skills and stay competitive.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design decisions and inspire team members.
