About the Role:

As a Design Director, you will lead our creative and design function. Your key responsibilities include overseeing the entire design process, managing a team of designers, and delivering high-quality collections for various channels.

Your expertise in both men's and women's fashion, along with your knowledge of fabrics, tailoring, and couture techniques, will be crucial in driving business growth and success.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can develop collections that blend creativity, craftsmanship, and commercial alignment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion design, a minimum of 15 years of experience, and at least 5 years in a leadership role.

In this position, you will collaborate with production, merchandising, and business teams to drive innovation and excellence in design.
