Job Title: Career Placement Specialist

Job Description:
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the placement process at our esteemed institution. You will work closely with students to prepare them for placements and ensure their successful integration into the workforce. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing students for placements by providing them with relevant skills and training
  • Developing and maintaining strong industry connections to secure job opportunities for our students
  • Leading engagement activities from pre-placement to placement stage, monitoring progress, and reporting outcomes

Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have a strong network of industry connections, preferably in the Delhi-NCR region. They should be well-versed in online communities and social media platforms, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The role requires versatility in networking through job portals and technology platforms, as well as interacting with industries on a regular basis to stay updated on career opportunities and employment trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Our minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field. Familiarity with software and tools used in the placement process is essential. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate placements, preferably in the NCR Region. Desired skills include PAN India Network, multi-disciplinary university experience, and proficiency in communication, presentation, and training skills.
