Job Title: GRC Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a critical GRC position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and adequate resolution of audit and risk assessment findings or issues relating to information security.
  • Effectively communicate audit engagement reports and recommendations to management, resolving client concerns or questions.
  • Achieve a 100% certification success rate on ISMS projects.
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience leading information security audits with a preference for ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits or assessments.
  • Leadership or knowledge in implementing related frameworks and standards.
  • Experience authoring policies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of the NIST 800-171/FISMA framework and its derivatives.
  • Sufficient IT and Information Security expertise to contextualize and provide valuable recommendations.
  • Expertise in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications demonstrating commitment to excellence (e.g., ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISA, CISSP).
  • Familiarity with related standards (e.g., SSAE-16 SOC1, SOC2, ISO-22301, ISO-9001).
