Data Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data to identify trends, patterns, and relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and statistics, with experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required, along with 3+ years of experience in data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of data visualization tools and recommend improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or quantitative field
  • 3+ years of experience with Tableau
  • Tableau Qualified Associate Certification preferred
  • Experience with SQL, Postgres, and RedShift a plus
  • Strong Excel modeling, data mining, and scenario analysis skills
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
