Senior Technical Product Owner for Life Sciences Solutions

We are seeking an experienced technical product owner to lead the development of innovative solutions for life sciences applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the vision, roadmap, and strategy for technology transfer solutions portfolio
  • Collaborate with top-tier life sciences organizations to understand challenges and needs
  • Translate complex scientific and regulatory requirements into comprehensive specifications
  • Prioritize features and capabilities based on market demands, regulatory requirements, and business objectives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and sales
  • Manage the backlog and ensure timely delivery of product increments
  • Serve as subject matter expert for technology transfer processes and methodologies
  • Evaluate competitive offerings and maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10-13 years of experience in life sciences industry with specific focus on technology transfer processes
  • Demonstrated experience working with top-tier pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device companies
  • Strong understanding of GxP regulations particularly as they relate to technology transfer
  • Experience with product management methodologies and tools
  • Proven track record of successfully launching technology solutions for life sciences applications
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical/biotechnology manufacturing processes and challenges of technology transfer
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives in regulated environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Bachelors degree in scientific or technical field required; Advanced degree preferred

Preferred Experience:

  • Direct experience implementing technology solutions for at least two of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies
  • Background in both small molecule and biologics technology transfer
  • Experience with manufacturing execution systems MES laboratory information management systems LIMS or other relevant platforms
  • Understanding of data integrity principles and computerized system validation requirements
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions for life sciences applications
