Expert SAP-B1 Finance Professional Required

We seek an accomplished finance expert to lead our team in implementing and optimizing SAP-B1. As a pivotal member, you will collaborate closely with finance and business stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization
    • Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
    • Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) – Align technical workflows to business needs.
  • Techno-Functional Leadership
    • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation, driving project success.
  • Process Improvement & Automation
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated Systems also implement best practices for efficient workflow management.
  • System Integrations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management), enhancing overall system performance.
  • Ownership & Mentorship
    • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks for success.
    • Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting, Support & Documentation
    • Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues, resolving problems efficiently.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users, ensuring clarity and consistency.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience with at least one to two complete SAP-B1 implementation cycles, preferably in manufacturing or trading.

Successful candidates will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
