AV Expert

This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of our AV team, bringing innovation and technical expertise to the table.

• Provide technical support for corporate AV/VC environments, analyzing problems using diagnostic skill sets and resolving issues effectively.
• Support high-profile events, audio, video, conferencing technology, projects, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with installation of AV equipment, displays, and structured cabling, including cat5e/6, video, RGB, HDMI, DVI, and audio cables.
• Ensure timely delivery of SLAs and daily tasks, including ticket updates.
• Collaborate with remote program teams on control system certification and upload Crestron control programs to control processors.
• Perform equipment setups, breakdowns, and troubleshoot issues during events.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams and internal users before and during events.
• Interface with end-users and vendors to address requests and requirements.

• High school diploma or GED, 0-2 years' related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to think independently, excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong customer service skills.
• Understanding of wiring and termination skills, proper installation techniques, and reading/understanding architecture, electrical, structural & AV systems drawings.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.

Ability to sit, stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods, use computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and handle office equipment. Ability to climb ladder, scaffolding, or transported by lifts. Regularly lift and transport up to 15 pounds, frequently lift moderately heavy equipment up to 50 pounds.
