AV Project Manager and Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Project Manager and Solutions Expert to drive the success of our audio visual initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a solid understanding of AV systems and technologies.

This is a full-time role requiring the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Lead requirement gathering from end-users/customers for AV-related projects, ensuring accurate needs assessments and effective solutions design.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Collaborate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and external partners to coordinate project logistics, technical evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Verify and validate vendor-provided drawings, specifications, and equipment lists to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Oversee site readiness coordination with CIS/BU teams (Civil and MEP) to ensure seamless integration of AV systems.
  • Manage project dependencies, follow up with vendors, and facilitate close-out activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct quality checks on physical installations, test and commission AV systems, and provide extensive documentation throughout project lifecycles.
  • Ensure smooth handover to Operations Team/Customer with proper training and support, including remote 1st-level maintenance assistance.
  • Provide inputs on AV system improvements, conduct periodic health checks, and participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new technologies.
