Program Management RoleJob Description:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead multiple initiatives around cost transformations, AI and automation solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, global enterprise programs, and other finance-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with expertise in creating project plans, managing budgets, and communicating with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive program strategies and roadmaps, identifying and removing obstacles to implementation, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs). They will also work closely with Engineering, Product, and Finance leads to evaluate potential optimizations and strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will design and execute transformation initiatives for finance using digital, lean, and six sigma methods. You will manage and build relationships with key decision-makers from project inception to post-deployment while ensuring sponsor and end-user satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong program management skills, including experience in creating project plans and managing budgets
  • Expertise in communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with digital transformation methodologies, such as lean and six sigma
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
