Accounting Position Summary

The accounts executive plays a pivotal role in managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the team with various financial activities.

Responsibilities:

• Financial data recording and ledger maintenance.
• Regular bank statement reconciliation to identify and rectify discrepancies.
• Preparation of financial statements and closing procedures assistance.
• Tax return preparation and statutory filing submission, staying updated on relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Financial report generation to provide insights into the company's performance.
• Interaction with vendors, clients, and internal departments to address financial inquiries and resolve issues.
• Process efficiency and accuracy improvements identification and implementation.
• Commercial invoice, packing list, and export-related document preparation, coordinating with clients for necessary information.
• GST and TDS filing preparation.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is typically required.
• Proven work experience in accounting or finance is often essential, with specific years varying based on seniority.
• A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
