Human Resources Course Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Course Manager to lead our HR-related law courses. This is a full-time, remote opportunity that requires strong communication, coordination, and people management skills, along with a passion for HR compliance and legal education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage live classes and interactive sessions, ensuring seamless delivery of course content to learners.
  • Provide ongoing learner support throughout the course duration, addressing queries, offering guidance, and enhancing learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with legal/HR experts to create, review, and curate high-quality course content.
  • Ensure timely execution and smooth delivery of course modules, maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Suitable candidates will have prior experience in labour laws, employee contracts, workplace policies, industrial disputes, or HR compliance frameworks.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest or prior experience in HR/legal compliance, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage virtual sessions, engage effectively with learners, and contribute to the creation of engaging course content.
  • Prior experience in HR policies, labour law compliance, employee relations, or employment law is advantageous.
