Senior Enterprise Application Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 8–10 years of experience in managing enterprise applications across various functions within the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as Darwinbox, SAP Treasury, and support for IFRS programs, along with strong exposure to regulatory interactions.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Enterprise Application Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate applications, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and scalability of platforms like Darwinbox, SAP Treasury.
- Evaluate and develop new applications that meet business needs.
- Liaise with external regulators and ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards.
- Support IFRS-related application changes and enhancements.
- Drive application upgrades, CRs, and integration projects.
- Lead resolution of application-related incidents and ensure adherence to internal ITIL processes.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.
- Track and optimize application budgets and licensing costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications in ITIL, SAP, or relevant platforms preferred.
