
Senior Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive year-on-year sales growth for our Water Heater and Air Cooler product division in assigned geographical areas.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering business growth, developing and expanding channels, and maintaining strong connections with channel partners and dealers/distributors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive annual business growth by increasing sales and market share in assigned territories.
- Develop and expand distribution channels through appointments and handholding of new dealers/distributors.
- Maintain regular connections with dealers/distributors to ensure their growth and satisfaction.
- Coordinate brand visibility and new product launches with local marketing teams.
- Ensure 100% compliance with organizational initiatives from self and team members.
- Manage and guide teams to achieve their targets while providing development feedback.
Interface with Other Departments:
- Commercial & SCM: Interact with commercial teams for billing and transportation.
- Marketing: Coordinate with local marketing teams for product visibility.
- Service: Liaise with service teams for timely resolution of service issues.
- Human Resources: Collaborate with regional HR/NPH for recruitment and local branch HR for HR process compliance.
Requirements: 12-15 years of experience, Graduate degree in any discipline, and MBA preferred.
Industry: FMEG or Consumer Durable Industry.
