Product Leader: IoT and Smart Buildings

Drive the execution of product features that enable seamless integration of IoT, automation, and data analytics in smart buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog: Align with business strategy and customer needs.
  • Translate vision into user stories: Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders: Gather insights and validate requirements from building owners, facilities managers, IoT partners, and internal teams.
  • Champion customer experience: Ensure product decisions are guided by data and feedback.
  • Monitor market trends: Inform product strategy with competitor products and emerging technologies in smart buildings and IoT.
  • Track product performance: Utilize KPIs such as adoption, engagement, system uptime, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience: As a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in SaaS, IoT, PropTech, or smart building domains.
  • Strong understanding: Of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Experience with IoT: Platforms, building management systems (BMS), or energy management solutions.
  • Excellent communication: And stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate: Complex technical concepts into business value.
