Job Title: AI Architecture Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned AI architecture specialist to enhance our team's capabilities in designing and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Application Development Expertise:
    • Proficient in Python programming language for developing AI applications.
    • Familiarity with development tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangFlow, Langgraph, LangSmith, Flowise for building efficient AI pipelines.
    • Knowledge of vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant for storing and retrieving large-scale data.
    • Familiarity with additional technologies including Knowledge Graphs, FastAPI, Streamlit, Gradio for creating interactive AI experiences.
  • Domain Model Fine-Tuning Capabilities:
    • Experience with fine-tuning domain models using Languages & Libraries: Python, Data Engineering, OSS LLMs (Llama2, Mixtral, GPT-Neo, GPT-J) to optimize model performance.
    • Familiarity with tokenization and frameworks like Tokenizers (SentencePiece, Hugging Face Tokenizers), Fine-tuning Frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch Lightning) for preprocessing and training models.
    • Experience with datasets such as HuggingFace Datasets, TensorFlow Datasets for feeding large amounts of data into models.
  • LLMOps Proficiency:
    • Hands-on experience with infrastructure and CI/CD tools like DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions for deploying and managing AI models.
    • Familiarity with monitoring and management tools including Ray, SeldonCore, MLFlow, MLServer, Triton, BentoML, Prometheus, Grafana for tracking model performance and resource utilization.
  • Data Engineering for AI Applications:
    • Experience with data processing and management using Python, Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, AWS S3, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Delta Lake for handling large-scale data.
    • Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Airflow, dbt, Apache NiFi, Fivetran, Airbyte, Great Expectations for streamlining data workflows.
    • Knowledge of data catalogs such as Amundsen, Collibra, Alation for discovering and understanding complex data relationships.
  • AI-Ready Cybersecurity Knowledge:
    • Experience with threat modeling and security tools including AI-Specific Threat Modeling Tools, Secure ML Pipeline Tools, API Security Tools for safeguarding AI systems from threats.
    • Familiarity with monitoring and prevention tools like AI Security Monitoring Tools, Prompt Injection Prevention Libraries, Adversarial Example Detection Libraries for detecting and preventing attacks on AI systems.
  • GenAI Guardrails and Ethics:
    • Knowledge of ethics and fairness frameworks and tools including AI Ethics Frameworks and Tools, Bias Detection and Mitigation Tools, Fairness Metrics Libraries for ensuring AI systems align with organizational values.
    • Familiarity with privacy and security libraries like Privacy-Preserving Machine Learning Libraries, Robustness and Security Tools for protecting sensitive user data.
    • Experience with transparency and governance tools including Model Interpretability Libraries, AI Governance Frameworks and Tools for explaining AI-driven decisions.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation:
    • Familiarity with metrics like Bleu, Rouge, Perplexity, BERT-Score etc. for assessing AI system performance.
