Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

A seasoned human resources professional is required to lead the recruitment process, develop sourcing strategies, and manage vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the FMCG industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across all levels, including corporate, plants, and sales teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to meet business manpower needs.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies, optimize source mix, and manage vendor partnerships.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competition analysis.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sourcers to achieve hiring quality and TAT goals.
  • Evaluate and improve onboarding processes.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and support HR audits.

Requirements:

  • At least 9 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Detailed understanding of the FMCG industry.
  • Ability to lead recruitment efforts and develop strategic sourcing plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
