Lead Visual Designer Role

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, user-first approach, and a deep understanding of design systems, user research, and digital product delivery.

Key responsibilities include defining and evolving the visual and interaction design direction for all marketing touchpoints, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive user experiences, managing the planning and tracking of design projects, and fostering a strong design culture.

Required skills and qualifications include 7+ years of experience in UI/UX, Interaction Design, or Product Design, a proven track record leading website redesigns, brand revamps, or large-scale digital initiatives, and prior experience with SaaS products and international teams.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and impactful visual storytelling, as well as experience managing, mentoring, and scaling design teams.

  • Design Strategy & Direction: Define and evolve the visual and interaction design direction for all marketing touchpoints.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure cohesive user experiences and alignment across product communication.
  • Design Delivery: Manage the planning, tracking, and timely delivery of design projects across multiple initiatives.
  • Research & Insights: Strengthen user research and usability testing practices to inform data-driven design decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and optimize design processes, tools, and documentation for greater efficiency and consistency.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and develop design talent; foster a strong design culture and build the next layer of leadership within the team.
