Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in data de-identification and masking capabilities to spearhead our Test Data Management initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation of data de-identification and masking solutions using Delphix tool, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver Synthetic Data Generation Capabilities that meet business requirements.
  • Analyze system performance and optimize data generation processes to enhance efficiency and turnaround times.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  • Prioritize tasks based on business needs, manage competing deadlines, and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Test Data Management tools, with a focus on data de-identification and masking.
  • Proven expertise in Delphix tool, including data de-identification TDM experience.
  • Experience in Synthetic Data Generation Capabilities, with a strong understanding of data modeling principles.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with complex data systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Python and .NET programming languages, with a strong understanding of software development life cycles.
  • Familiarity with cloud-hosted platforms, CICD pipelines, and integrating test data into pipelines.
