Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

We are seeking an expert Oracle HCM Cloud consultant to collaborate on a critical project.

The ideal candidate is a skilled professional who can bridge complex business requirements with technical execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for validation, calculations, and retro-processing.
  • Implement HDL and Spreadsheet Loader templates for efficient data uploads and management.
  • Create OTBI reports of medium complexity and modify RTF templates.
  • Provide configuration support for compensation plans, budgets, and statements in Workforce Compensation module.
  • Design grade-step progression ladders and manage base compensation structures.
  • Support Goal and Performance Management module configuration and processes.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as Techno-Functional consultant in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in writing Fast Formulas.
  • Experience with data loaders: HDL and Spreadsheet Loader.
  • Development skills in OTBI analyses, BIP reports, and RTF templates.
  • Implementation experience in Workforce Compensation and Performance Management modules.
  • Understanding of base compensation structures and grade-step progressions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
