System Engineer – Building Automation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Automation System Engineer to join our team in Pune / Bangalore (Engineering Center / Remote Hybrid if applicable).

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with 2–8 years of experience in Building Automation, BMS Design, or Industrial Automation.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual who can lead end-to-end engineering of global BMS projects from India Engineering Center. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC systems, including Chilled Water, Cooling Towers, AHUs, FCUs, VAV, and Hot Water systems.

The selected candidate will design BMS network architecture, select sensors, control valves, actuators, and controllers. They will also ensure timely and quality delivery of hardware/software packages.

We require a strong knowledge of BMS architecture, Operator Workstations, Supervisory Controllers, DDC controllers, Sensors & Actuators, and industrial automation concepts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review MEP drawings, identify HVAC equipment, dampers, and sensors.
  • Design BMS network architecture, select sensors, control valves, actuators, and controllers.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of hardware/software packages.
  • Work on global projects from India, contributing to state-of-the-art Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, and industrial automation initiatives across industries like commercial buildings, hospitals, airports, and pharmaceuticals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • BE/ME in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Hands-on experience in BMS architecture, Operator Workstations, Supervisory Controllers, DDC controllers, Sensors & Actuators, and industrial automation concepts.
  • Proficient in wiring, field devices, safety interlocks, and panels.
  • Experience in engineering, installation, and commissioning of HVAC/BMS systems.
  • Industrial Automation (PLC programming/SCADA) experience is a plus.
