Key Position in Commercial Sales and Leasing Division

We are currently seeking a results-driven Commercial Sales and Leasing Associate to join our esteemed real estate organization.

The ideal candidate will possess 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, accompanied by a deep understanding of market dynamics, client handling, and negotiations.

  • Foster the implementation of effective sales and leasing strategies across various regions.
  • Support the identification, prospecting, and onboarding of new clients, ensuring seamless integration into existing networks.
  • Collaborate with property owners, tenants, and investors to coordinate lease agreements and sales discussions.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activity through comprehensive research.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, landlords, and clients.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations by working closely with legal and compliance teams.
  • Participate in site visits, client meetings, and transaction closures, driving business growth and development.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing.
  • Demonstrated understanding of real estate market trends and lease/sale processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory; MBA or Master's preferred.
