About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for digital marketing to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent results across all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display etc.) with a focus on driving leads and meeting business goals.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance regularly, adjusting strategies, bids, budgets, and targeting to optimize performance and maximize ad spend efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and create effective ad copy that resonates with the target audience.
  • Design and implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and other key elements to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tracking tools to monitor KPIs such as cost-per-click (CPC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Allocate and manage budgets effectively across campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing overall campaign performance.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in running Google Ads
  • Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on performance-driven outcomes
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, Google Ads platform Google Analytics, and other PPC tools
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns
  • Proficient in keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad copy creation
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance reporting
  • Google Ads certification is a plus
