Job Title: R & D Executive

Job Description:

As a Research and Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's innovation forward. Your primary responsibility will be to lead cross-functional teams in the development of new products and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ability to conduct literature searches using advanced search engines.
  • Excellent communication skills for discussing MSDS with supervisors and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills for planning, setting up, monitoring, and working up chemical reactions independently.
  • Proficiency in standard methods and analytical techniques (TLC, GC, HPLC, LCMS etc.) for monitoring reaction progress.
  • Experience in isolating products, optimizing reaction conditions for improved yields and output.
  • Knowledge of purification methods using chromatography, distillation, and crystallization.
  • Characterization and identification of compounds using UV, IR, NMR, LCMS, and GCMS techniques.
  • Scale-up of R&D developed compounds to kg scale and technology transfer to pilot plant.
  • Daily discussion of research findings and work plans with supervisors/ managers.
  • Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly R&D work reports for submission to Manager.
  • Maintenance of strict IP Confidentiality and adherence to related data privacy policies.
