Key Responsibilities

  • Sustain adherence to the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies aligned with your work environment.
  • Establish and maintain software development processes, standards, and best practices for consistent delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Promote engineering excellence through appropriate tool usage, control gates, and peer reviews to enhance design productivity and quality.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies on an ongoing basis to ensure competitive differentiation and strengthen existing product capabilities.
  • Drive optimization of the engineering lifecycle through systematic knowledge management and continuous learning to meet market and client demands.
  • Mentor and guide engineers within your unit and assist with technical challenges as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Manager Engineer in talent pipeline development, including hiring, internal movements, succession planning, and talent assessments.
  • Develop and document technical designs for application enhancements.
  • Promote secure coding practices.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of all stages and iterations of software development.
  • Plan and lead software construction activities, adopting suitable development methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Monitor adherence to project/team standards for software construction, including software security.
  • Contribute to organizational policies, standards, and guidelines for software development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Full Stack development expertise including mobile development.
  • .Net , C#, ReactJS.
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery UI SASS, Angular, TypeScript, WebForms, MVC.
  • ADO & GIT.
  • REST Services.
  • Database Design, Responsive web design, ORM frameworks.
  • Application architecture.
  • Containers & Micro Services.
  • Awareness of DevOps, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, build pipelines.
  • SQL.
  • Amazon Web Services.
