Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist

Welcome to a challenging role as a Senior VMware Administrator, where you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions using VMware virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing and optimizing these systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across virtual and physical systems.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise-grade infrastructure solutions using VMware and Windows Server.
- Maintain and optimize existing infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in VMware and Windows Server administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, and NSX.
- Deep understanding of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, and Windows Server roles.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, PowerCLI) for automation and reporting.
- Experience with backup and recovery tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Preferred Certifications:
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV)
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- ITIL Foundation or Intermediate
