Electronics Engineering Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Electronics Engineering Leader to spearhead the development of high-performance printed circuit boards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in schematic and layout design, validation, board bring-up, and debugging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex multilayer PCB layouts with up to 6-12 layers in mixed signal designs.
  • Utilize experience with high-speed mixed signals, HDI boards, BGAs, blind, and buried via techniques.
  • Maintain knowledge of latest interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, CAN, and others.
  • Minimize EMI/EMC problems through thorough analysis and implementation.
  • Conduct DFM & DFA analysis and Gerber & ODB++ checking to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain IPC standards awareness.
  • Design schematic symbols and PCB footprints for efficient manufacturing.
  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers and participate in design/code reviews to promote growth and excellence.

Required Skills:

  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with third-party vendors and team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial PCB design tools and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.
  • 10+ years of experience in electronics and communication engineering with a strong focus on innovation and results-driven approach.
