Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating materials and maintaining tidy sites.
  • Developing project estimates and securing necessary resources.
  • Providing technical guidance and suggestions for improvement on specific projects.
  • Identifying and resolving equipment issues.
  • Negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors.
  • Reviewing and approving technical drawings and engineering plans.
  • Creating project schedules and communicating adjustments to the team and clients.
  • Collecting data, compiling reports, and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assigning tasks, coordinating meetings, and training sessions where necessary.
  • Maintaining quality standards and providing feedback to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in commercial interior projects.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Possibility of additional certifications or licenses.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering, construction, and design principles.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
