Job Title: Enterprise Data Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design, development and optimization of scalable data pipelines, data models, and analytics solutions on Snowflake. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Matillion ETL and proven expertise in the BFSI domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement and optimize Snowflake data warehouses, schemas and data-sharing solutions to meet regulatory and business needs.
  • Define and implement best practices around performance tuning, cost optimization and data governance.
  • Develop scalable data models supporting BFSI use cases such as regulatory reporting, fraud detection and risk analytics.
  • Build, schedule and monitor complex data pipelines using Matillion ETL.
  • Optimize ELT workflows for large-scale BFSI data volumes including transactional, customer, risk and compliance datasets.
  • Implement robust error handling, logging and recovery mechanisms to ensure system reliability.
  • Translate banking data requirements into scalable Snowflake solutions.
  • Work with structured/unstructured data including core banking systems, payments, credit risk, AML/KYC and collections.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with over 6 years hands-on experience with Snowflake (data modeling, performance tuning, secure data sharing, resource monitors, streams & tasks).
  • Advanced Matillion ETL development or similar cloud-native ETL tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps integration for data workflows.
