Key Responsibilities

  • Manage point-of-sale processes efficiently, maintaining accurate inventory levels and receiving shipments on time.
  • Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to customers.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store appearance to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through lead generation and research, meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Close new business deals by effectively managing the sales process.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs and preferences.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, exceeding expectations when possible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 0-2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Bike ownership with a valid driving license is mandatory.
