Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned IT leader to lead our team of developers in designing, building and running SAP BTP applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to guide delivery and raise quality through reviews, standards and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the development team and manage delivery.
  • Plan work, allocate resources and track milestones.
  • Build and customize SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP.
  • Design integration patterns and ensure secure, compliant solutions.
  • Troubleshoot escalations and drive performance tuning.
  • Maintain clear documentation and enable training and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay current on BTP services and recommend useful adoption.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5 and SAP Fiori.
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus.
  • Experience in leading teams and capable of driving varied initiatives.
  • Proven onsite lead experience with customer handling roles.
  • Business process knowledge in SAP/Non-SAP ERP functional areas.
  • Experience in consulting and effort estimations for new applications or extensions of existing ones.
  • Ability to collaborate in a global team.
  • Pro-active attitude and flexibility regarding tasks and process improvements.
