About the Role:
  • This is a dynamic opportunity for an individual to excel in a fast-paced environment, leveraging exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Ensuring accurate receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials and supplies.
  2. Maintaining inventory records using manual logs and/or software systems (Excel, SAP).
  3. Issuing materials as per requisition and maintaining proper stock levels.
  4. Conducting regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification.
  5. Coodinating with procurement and other departments for timely stock replenishment.
  6. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
  7. Following safety and hygiene standards in the store.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commerce or Logistics.
  • 1-3 years of experience preferred.
  • Age 22-35 years preferred.
  • Working knowledge of inventory software (SAP) and basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
