Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist to deliver BIM services and support project teams in adhering to the BIM Implementation Plan.

  • Assist project teams in following BIM best practices, including model submittal schedules and updates reflecting as-built conditions for submittal.
  • Develop and deliver client BIM requirements for Architectural and Structural services.
  • Perform quality assurance and control on Autodesk Revit models.
  • Create and prepare drawing packages.
  • Demonstrate technical capability of BIM Level of Development (LOD) 300 with knowledge of 400 and 500.
  • Coordinate and develop designs through BIM processes such as 5D/4D.
  • Manage 3D models, review model quality, and technical content including clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Analyze models provided by Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
  • Show expertise in parametric and non-parametric family creation.
  • Experience in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM implementation and management required.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills required.
